Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible General Merchandise. Due to their nature, Live Plants are covered by our special Plant Guarantee. Our policy is designed to be fair and clear, reflecting a shared responsibility between us and you, the gardener.

General Merchandise Returns

Applies to tools, pottery, gifts, etc. Must be returned within 30 days, unused, in original packaging, with a receipt for a full refund to the original payment method.

Live Plant Guarantee

We guarantee our plants are healthy at sale. Their continued success is a partnership. Our guarantee provides a **one-time replacement or store credit** for plants that fail despite proper care. No cash refunds are given for perished plants. This guarantee is void if neglect, improper care, or extreme weather is evident.

Shipping Policy

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. Costs are calculated at checkout. We offer Free Standard Shipping on select products (pre-tax) in the contiguous U.S.

  • Live Plants: 3-5 business days. We ship plants only on Mondays & Tuesdays.

  • Standard: 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited: 2-3 business days.

Important Shipping Restrictions

To protect local ecosystems and comply with agricultural laws, we cannot ship certain items to certain areas.

  • No plant material can be shipped to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), or U.S. Territories.
  • Our website will automatically restrict sales of certain plants to **California (CA), Arizona (AZ), and Florida (FL)** at checkout to comply with their strict regulations.
  • Bulk materials (soil, mulch, etc.) are available for local pickup only and cannot be shipped.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Retain all packaging and be prepared to send photos so we can assist you promptly.
